Reset. Refocus. Reignite.

There’s still plenty of 2026 left. What will you do with it?
There’s something about this time of year. Even long after our school days are behind us, late summer still brings that familiar back-to-school feeling. New shoes. A new notebook. A fresh start. A time to buckle in, recommit, and make those goals happen!
Why not put that energy to work on your professional life?
August is a great time to reflect on the year so far—and decide how you want to finish it. Your reflection begins with questions…
Where did you want to be by now?
What have you accomplished?
What keeps getting pushed aside?
Where have you stalled?
What needs to change before another year closes out?
Maybe you want to grow your business--grow your revenue and need to sharpen sales and negotiation skills. Make a career move and need a strategy. Go for that promotion and raise and need a plan. Finally launch something you’ve been talking about forever and need to start mapping it out. Or simply get yourself motivated and moving again. Now comes the most important questions:
Do you have a viable plan to get what you want? And, who will keep you accountable?
Let's get real. Good intentions can get buried quickly once September arrives and calendars fill back up. This is the time to figure out what you need to make meaningful progress. Maybe it’s a skill you need to strengthen. Maybe you need a strategy and concrete plan. Maybe you need an experienced professional to guide you, to help you work through the obstacles, challenge your thinking, keep you focused and hold you to the commitments you make to yourself.
Reset: Take an objective look at where you are right now.
Refocus: Decide what matters most between now and year-end.
Reignite: Get the skills, support and momentum you need to go after it.
There are still valuable months left this year. This is the time to make it or break it. Let's push to make it!
August is a pretty good time to start.
I'm here to help.
