Kacin Point Consulting Group Coaching Sessions- Release and Agreement

1. Parties

• Joyce Kacin, Lead Consulting Coach, Kacin Point Consulting, LLC

• Participant: I, the undersigned, agree to participate in the group coaching program offered by Kacin Point Consulting, LLC. 

  
  

2. Program details

• Program Title: 6-Week Group Coaching Series for Grant Writers Session Dates: October 1 – November 5, 2025

• Program Description: The group coaching series aims to provide strategic assistance in achieving the objectives of the group as set forth in the individual Goal Setting Documents provide prior to the beginning of the series.

  
  

3. Informed consent and waiver

By signing this release, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this group coaching session. I understand the coaching process is not therapy or counseling and does not treat mental health disorders. I am responsible for my own well-being, decisions, and actions during and after the coaching sessions. I agree to hold the coach harmless from any and all claims, losses, or damages resulting from my participation, unless caused by the coach's gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

4. Confidentiality

• Coach's Commitment: The coach agrees to keep all information shared by participants confidential, with the following exceptions:

o If the coach is required by law to disclose information.

o If the coach perceives a risk of serious harm to myself or others.

• Participant's Commitment: I understand that group coaching is a shared experience, and I agreeto respect the confidentiality of all other participants. I will not share or discuss any information about other group members outside of the sessions. 

  
  

5. Media release

I authorize the coach to record group sessions in a manner that protects participant anonymity, for training, educational, and promotional purposes. I understand that my name will not be used in connection with any recording without my specific signed consent.

6. No guarantee of results

I understand that while the coach will provide tools, support, and guidance, they cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. The success of the coaching program depends largely on my own commitment and effort.

7. Participant commitment

I agree to be an active and engaged participant in the coaching process. I will show up on time, be prepared to participate, and contribute to a safe and respectful environment for all group members.

8. Signature

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this Group Coaching Session Release and Agreement.
